I love it and so do my team – we regularly do 25 metre shuttles for sets and throw in timed suicides for a bit of competition - totally brutal. The quad pump is so intense that we roll around and squirm for 5 – 10 minutes after finishing our session. Awesome piece of equipment and by far the best purchase I have made towards my strength and fitness in years. /> Thanks Patrick Les Mills
